It’s as easy as enjoying a handful of nuts every day for the month of March.

Now in its second year, the nutty dare was started by Nuts for Life to inspire Aussies to eat more nuts and reap the health benefits.

Aussies eat on average just 6grams of nuts a day (well below the recommended 30gram handful)1 so it’s time to up the nuts and make them a healthy, daily habit, just like fruit and veg.

Three easy steps to crack the #nuts30day30ways challenge

  1. Get inspired – follow Nuts for Life on Facebook, following @nuts_for_life on Instagram and @NutsforLife on Twitter, and for Libby Babet Instagram @libbybabet, Facebook and Twitter @libbybabet for inspiration, ideas and recipes.
  2. Munch away – enjoy a handful of nuts every day in March. Snack on a handful for a nutrient boost or add to meals for satisfying crunch.
  3. Snap and share – inspire others by taking a pic and sharing on social media. Add the hashtag #nuts30days30ways to your post to go into the running to win weekly prizes of nuts and a Lorna Jane gift cards. We want to see your nutty creations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks!
