- 1⁄2 cup (80g) walnuts plus extra for coating
- 22 fresh pitted dates
- 1⁄4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2–3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and comes together.
- Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and finely chop the extra walnuts and roll in to coat.
Keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Makes 22 balls, 3.6g nuts per ball.
