Nutty Banana Smoothie


  • 1 handful cashews (30g)
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice (350ml)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
