Pecan Waldorf Salad

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 red apple
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Grapes
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • Pecan halves
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise (or ¼ cup creamy low-fat yoghurt)

Method 1:

Core and cut apples into wedges. Do not peel. Pour lemon juice over apples.

Combine with remaining ingredients.

Chill and serve.

Method 2:

If preferred, Pecan Waldorf Salad may be prepared by dicing apples and pecans, then combining all ingredients in a salad bowl.
