Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed nuts or ½ cups of 8 varieties
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground mixed spice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss with your hands, making sure nuts are coated well.
  3. Lay on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 25 minutes until golden. Cool completely and serve.

Keep in airtight jar for up to 1 week.
