Ingredients

  • 2 slices grainy sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons natural cashew nut butter
  • 80g ripe blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method

  1. Lightly toast bread to warm it.
  2. Spread cashew nut butter on each slice.
  3. Dot blackberries on top of nut butter, squishing some so they ooze juice.
  4. Sprinkle each slice with chia seeds.

Tips

Other berries can also be used, but ensure they are fully ripe otherwise they are too tart. Swap cashew nut butter with other nut butters for variety.
