Nutty banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful cashews (30g)
- 1.5 cups milk of choice (350ml)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
