Berries with pistachio yoghurt compote

Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 2 cups low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
- ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Place the berries and their juices in the base of small glass jars.
- Combine yoghurt with orange juice and rind. Spoon on top of berries.
- Top yoghurt with pistachios then drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
