Macadamia tropical breeze smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • ½ cup macadamias
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons of macadamias, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add a little extra coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a small slice of pineapple, a sprig of mint and a sprinkle of chopped macadamias.
