No – all nuts are a vital part of a healthy diet, and nuts should be enjoyed every day.
Whilst nuts differ slightly in the amount of nutrients they contain, all nuts are nutrient dense, rich in essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, protein, fibre and phytochemicals.
So, just as we need a variety of fruits and vegetables, we need to eat a variety of nuts as well. Remember 2 serves of fruit, 5 of vegetables and a handful of nuts every day!
